These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") describe the rules that apply when you use the Algoworks website or enrol in one of our programs. Please read them before enrolling. By submitting an enrolment or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

We are an online education provider based in Bangkok offering three structured programs in programming and applied AI. We are not a university, college, or accredited institution. Our programs do not lead to formal academic qualifications or nationally recognised credentials.

2. Our programs

We offer the following programs:

• Programming Foundations — an eight-week online self-paced course covering Python fundamentals. Price: ฿8,200.
• Applied Machine Learning Pathway — a fourteen-week applied program in machine learning. Price: ฿21,500.
• AI Engineering Capstone Program — a twenty-week program focused on applied AI engineering. Price: ฿34,200.

Program content, structure, and scheduling are described on our Solutions page. We reserve the right to make minor updates to program content to reflect changes in the tools or methods covered. Material changes to scope, price, or duration will be communicated to enrolled students in advance.

3. Enrolment and payment

Enrolment is completed by submitting a contact enquiry and, upon confirmation from our team, completing payment. Your place in a program is confirmed once payment has been received in full. We do not offer instalment plans unless agreed in writing.

Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store card details.

4. Eligibility and prerequisites

Each program has stated prerequisites or suitability notes. It is your responsibility to review these before enrolling. We describe the suggested time commitment per week for each program on our website. We recommend reviewing these descriptions carefully before enrolling, as we are not able to offer refunds on the grounds of the program being more demanding than expected.

5. Refunds and withdrawals

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Requests received within seven days of payment and before accessing any course materials: full refund.
• Requests received after accessing course materials but before the end of week two: 50% refund.
• Requests received after the end of week two: no refund.

All refund requests must be sent to [email protected] with your name and program. We will process eligible refunds within fourteen working days.

If we cancel a program before it begins, you will receive a full refund. If we are unable to deliver a program due to circumstances outside our control, we will offer either a rescheduled start date or a pro-rated refund for the portion not yet delivered.

6. Student obligations

By enrolling, you agree to:

• Use course materials for your own personal learning only. You may not distribute, reproduce, resell, or share materials with others.
• Submit your own work for any notebooks or assignments that receive feedback. Submitting work that is not your own misleads our educators and undermines the feedback process.
• Communicate with our staff and instructors respectfully.
• Keep your login credentials private. Access to course materials is granted to one individual per enrolment.

7. Intellectual property

All course materials — including recorded lessons, notebook templates, slides, and written guides — are owned by Algoworks or our instructors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for the duration of your program and for personal reference afterwards. This licence does not permit commercial use, redistribution, or modification of materials.

Work you produce yourself during the program — including notebooks you author and projects you build — belongs to you.

8. Access duration

Students retain access to recorded lessons and course materials for twelve months from their program start date. After this period, access may be withdrawn. If you need to discuss extended access, please contact us.

9. Feedback and mentor contact

Written feedback on submitted notebooks is provided within five working days of receipt. Mentor-led office hours (available on the Applied ML Pathway and AI Engineering Capstone) are scheduled in advance and offered at times communicated at the start of the program. We are not able to offer one-to-one feedback outside the structured feedback checkpoints included in each program.

10. Limitation of liability

Algoworks provides educational content in good faith. We do not make representations about employment outcomes, salary expectations, or career progression following completion of a program. Our programs are intended to support your learning, and outcomes depend on individual effort and circumstances outside our control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you in connection with a program is limited to the amount you paid for that program. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you confirm that you have read and understood that policy.

12. Cookies

Our website uses cookies. Details are provided in our Cookie Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. If you are already enrolled in a program, material changes to these Terms will be communicated to you by email before they take effect. Continued enrolment or use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
